Sunday Treats | Breakfast Shake





  • 220 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons oat flakes
  • 2 hands of fruits (1 banana, 1 mango frozen)
  • A bit honey (as desired)




  1. Put the ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend well.
  3. Have a nice lil’ breakfast.
