Sunday Treat | Spinach noodles with chili

Ingredients

  • 300g spinach
  • 2 red chilli peppers
  • 4 gloves of garlic
  • 400 g noodles
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

 

Instructions

  1. Dice the chilli peppers, mince the garlic and wah the spinach.
  2. Cook the noodles in salted water like the instructions on the package tell you.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and roast the chilli peppers in it. After they’ve browned mix in the garlic and sunflower seeds. Sweat everything with stirring for about 2 minutes. Mix in and wilt the spinach.
  4. Mix in the noodles and season with salt and pepper. Fry everything for not more than five minutes.
  5. Serve.
