- 300g spinach
- 2 red chilli peppers
- 4 gloves of garlic
- 400 g noodles
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- Dice the chilli peppers, mince the garlic and wah the spinach.
- Cook the noodles in salted water like the instructions on the package tell you.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and roast the chilli peppers in it. After they’ve browned mix in the garlic and sunflower seeds. Sweat everything with stirring for about 2 minutes. Mix in and wilt the spinach.
- Mix in the noodles and season with salt and pepper. Fry everything for not more than five minutes.
