Sunday Treats | Breakfast Wrap with eggs & corn

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup corn [frozen or canned]
  • ½
  • corn salad
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

 

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-heat.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Cook the eggs in the pan until they are the way you want them to be. I like mine done.
  4. Mix in the corn two minutes before the eggs are ready.
  5. Mix the eggs & corn with the corn salad in a bowl.
  6. Heat the tortillas for 30 minutes in a microwave.
  7. Fill with egg-mix.

Serves 2.
