- 150g Greek Yogurt [honey flavoured]
- 1 egg
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- Mix the Greek yogurt & the egg until blended
- Put in the dry ingredients & stir until mixed in.
- Mix in half of the blueberries
- Preheat a pan with nonstick spray.
- Scoop batter into the pan.
- Cook for about 3 minutes, than flip and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Serve with additional syrup or fruit.
